The four towers actually consist of two separate structures supported by concrete columns, beams and poured in place walls designed according  to the strictest sismic building code requirements. The roof structure is made of steel frame.


The analysis and design of the buildings follow the recommendations of the Seismic Code of Costa Rica (2002).
